Ever get a little too enthusiastic with exercise DVDs? I get my groove on with yoga, shake my tassles with bellydancing and I still can't figure out the cardio salsa thing but the baby enjoys pointing and laughing at me. I found an old Tae-Bo video yesterday and figured the 8 minute workout would be a cinch.

I have sprained my butt.

If it was Billy Blanks, he's brutal. I have his tae bo video where you use the resistance bands. After getting done with that the first time, I felt like I'd been run over by a truck.

Look at your butt in the mirror. Does it have a visible crack? If so, use window sealant. You'll be fine.

Some of these flashes of inspiration to take up exercise can have painful consequences indeed. The worst ever in my case was doing calf raises in a gym with way too much weight, and my feet were jammed out like I was standing on tip-toes for about three days. God it hurt!

I will pray for your butt.

RICE = Rest, Ice, Compress, Elevate

Rest for 24 hours, apply 20 minutes of ice every 3 hours, compress with ace bandage, and elevate (higher than your heart if possible).

If you don't have ice, use a bag of frozen vegetables.
