Today i got an email of one of my long standing friends. I have lit a fire. I have inspired him to write. I have known for many years his ability to write but he has never done it. He has wrote a few one pagers so that's how i know he can write but he never believed he could actually write a novel.
Today he mentions that i have inspired him to write. He has begun to write his novel. He had made good progress with it so far.
This is a great achievement for me. I want my writings to touch, move people and hopefully make them laugh as well. BUT to have some one take up this nobel art of writing just because i got my act together and wrote and still write. Because of this he has begun his writing career just becasue i followed my dream: that is to write!
