No, the forum also lists fiction markets. If you write short fiction you should check out some market search engines, like ralan.com duotrope.com and spicygreeniguana.com

All allow you to search for paid writing opportunities although at leas two of them also mention non-paying publications.

Duotrope, the market newsletter here, word of mouth, lots of email newsletters, blogs, magazines.

I've made it a habit that when I come across a market that I think will fit a friend's work, I forward the information on to them. And they do the same for me. Writers are a lovey-dovey bunch, really.
