If an agent's page on agentquery.com says "You may query her direct email address" but the agency website says "Please do not email agents direct", what would you do? Of all the agents at the agency, she looks like the very best fit for my project, so I would really like it to go to her, so using her direct email seems to be the thing to do. What would you do?

Thanks!

I'd go with what's on the website, just to be safe. Can you send the agency an email and address it to her?

Do what agentquery says

I know others may disagree but read the USA today article about what Dorian Karchmar said about my equery to her. When an agent answers this way on agent query you are perfectly within your rights to query them directly via email.
Make it clear it is a query by listing that in the subject line i.e.
QUERY: TITLE OF PROJECT
Hope this helps.

Why not just email them directly and let them know that you saw on agentquery.com that you can email them directly? that way, it covers the bases.
