Advice re: pitching at conference

Hi everyone -

I'm here at my critique group meeting and one of our members is planning to pitch her novel at the Willamette Writers conference. She's wondering what, specifically, her pitch should include, how it should be structured, how long it should be, etc. I know that I've come across info on this before (somewhere, anyway), but I can't seem to recall what I've read.

Any advice would be much appreciated!
