Anyone see the preview for this 2008 Pixar flick while at Ratatouille?

After watching with wide-open eyes, absorbing every image available, my husband and I looked at each other.

Hubby: Sold.
Me: How much do you want? Here, take my credit card.

This is now my most-anticipated film eeeeevah.

There's also something of a trailer on the IMdb Website.

The robot kinda reminds me of the robot from those old Short Circuit movies from the 80's.

I thought it looked sweet and interesting, although there's not much to go on. Hey, it's Pixar--it's bound to be good, right? (Unless something drastic changes there in the next year.)

I will see anything Pixar puts out.

Personally, I'm waiting for their 2010 release: Toy Story 3.

It's about a robot that wants to be a rat.

I have mixed feelings about this one...It looks a bit sad, but then again it might not be. I have a problem with emotional movies, especially with animals and cute robots...It stems from seeing Bambi at three years old and seeing his mother being killed by that hunter..Yes I remember the movie...so yeah :)

I haven't seen the previews for it, but I love anything and everything Pixar. Is there really going to be a Toy Story 3 with all the original actors coming back?

Yes, Toy Story 3 is slated for 2010, I believe.

I wish I had a kid to take to this.

Oh well, guess I'll have to borrow one of neighbor's kids.

We love Toy Story in this house. My husband and I went to the movies to see the second one and that was before we had kids. I'm so glad Tom Hanks and Tim Allen are coming back. Woody and Buzz wouldn't be the same if someone else was voicing it.

They also brought on board the guy who won wrote the Little Miss Sunshine script (I forget his name) to help write TS3.

Wait, you need kids to go see a kids' movie?

Dang, we've been doing this all wrong.
