Hey there... I made an error when submitting a requested picture book manuscript. I queried with a particular storyline and characters, and the agent responded asking to see the manuscript. So I pasted it in the email (as requested) and then realized after I sent, that I pasted the wrong one in ... same characters, completely different story. Think vol 2 of a 2-volume series. It is enough of a story to stand on its own and is as fun as the first (like I said, same quirky idea, same characters - just doing different things)... how would you resolve that? Pretend you didn't notice and wait to hear back? (I am so afraid of a quick delete assuming that I did it on purpose)? Reply with an updated email with the correct story in? Re-query with the newer synopsis?

Ugh, I know these little things virtually help you blow your chances in one big swoop... advice?

Thanks!
