I drink coffee for breakfast around 4 a.m. After that it's a cup of tea. I get around to the actual food around 8 or so, and usually have a piece of toast. Sometimes I'll eat leftovers.

It's a poll too! How exciting. No one mentioned a poll...geez Rob, you're kind of slow this morning. Didn't you have breakfast? :)

ETA: I'd vote for sex but it's been so long since I had morning sex, I can't remember if I like it or not. <sigh>

That's actually an option, just for you...and seven or eight hundred other people around here.
No, it's not. Your option is "Coffee and a Cigarette, hold the coffee"
I can't not have coffee in the morning (Otherwise I get a headache around 11) and it's more than one cigarette.

But I appreciate you thinking of us lepers smokers.

The poll is multiple choice, so you can still have your coffee, too...

I need variety.

During week:
  • 2 tortillas, a slice off Swiss cheese on each tortilla, sliced Granny apple and microwave for 35 seconds. I sometimes add Splenda and top with cinnamon.
  • Fat Free cottage cheese with pineapple chunks.
  • Yogurt with granola.
  • 2 slices of cinnamon raisin toast with a banana.
Weekend:
  • Ore-Ida hash browns with onions and green peppers, two eggs and 3 lean sausages.
I gotta go eat.

Breakfast. Ugh.

I'm trying to force myself to eat breakfast these days. (new, midyear health push) So this morning I had a piece of wheat toast and a small glass of strawberry smoothie.

I already miss the coffee and cigarette days...

from the moment you open your eyes your main goal should be to get off to a good start. you’re up - so why not do something productive?

it sets the tone for a less stressful rest of the day and it may help you get a leg up on the competition in this dog eat dog world.

i think you know what I voted for……i’m a firm believer in this. and eggs. i believe in eggs. eating them for breakfast, that is.

I enjoy breakfast, providing it takes place around noonish.

Weekdays, it's coffee, then sometime around 10:00 I might be able to shove a granola bar or bagel and tofu cream cheese down.

By dinner I have the shakes.
