Yep, it's true. I'm now a married lady. I finally took the plunge and jumped the broom, the twitch in my eye is gone, all regrets...so far not seen...
So this is your honeymoon? Congrats! Now that you gone and done it, do you think it's possible to undone it tommorow if you have any regrets?

BTW: Was haggis the best mutt?

Isn't today the 30th?

Ah, you're right.

Oh well, the sentiment still applies.

BTW, I would be interested in knowing what the thread title means...

Heh. After fifteen years you feel numb.

It gets better.

Seriously, congrats.

Why yes! Just like yesterday! The time just flies when you're typing with your fingers crossed *cough* :D

The wedding was not fun, but I highly recommend marriage and spousal relationships. Good experiences are much better shared, and less than good ones don't seem quite so awful when there's so much good to be shared.

25 in October. No, it doesn't feel like yesterday. (But then, neither does yesterday. Maybe tomorrow will.)
Some days it's awesome. Some days.. not so much. I remember reading somewhere that marriage being 50-50 is a lie. Marriage is 70-30, 90-10, and 1 day at a time.
Did I mention October is 25 years of 1 day at a time? :)

Even weddings have been known to be fun...the key is not to have a receiving line. ;)

Yes, we had a two-hour receiving line...

I take it this was an arranged marriage, SouthernWriter?

If not, then maybe it's a case of 'weddings are for guests, honeymoons are for the bride and groom'.

Have some more champagne.:e2drunk:

I can't have anymore kids, I have a ten year old already. He was homesick so we are all home today and he's playing games with his new dad. We didn't have a wedding simply because of family problems and things I would rather not mention...but we did have a fun time yesterday and today is all work...moving furniture, getting things done around the house....ugh...I hate moving and I'm not even the one doing it.

So far so good...maybe things do get better with age ;)
I was just teasing you -I hope you don't mind- with one of the obnoxious things people always say to the newly married.

I wish you and Mr. SouthernWriter and your son much happiness together. :Hug2:
