FD 7 - registration problem

Ahoy fellow absolutes,

a few months back i won a screenwriting contest at indietalk.com - part of the prize was FD 7. i've since registered the product via the finaldraft wesbite, but have not recieved an email with my registration code.
i've sent the cd cover with the product sticker on it, but have not recieved the code via post either. i've tried to telephone the international line which is listed on the site, but it doesn't lead to FD.
does anyone know of an email address for the product registration dept?
any advice is very much appreciated.
