This looks interesting. And I suspect it's going to draw in a HUGE audience. The red neck/blue collar demographic is probably going to tune in by the gazillions for this one. The kinda people who like watching monster truck shows.
not necessarily
- it's actually based on a one-hour special that ran earlier this year.
these aren't stupid men;
these are hard working fellows who drive the ice roads in order to keep small settlements and businesses alive during the winter. It's a tough job, but it pays well - but dangerous.
I disagree with you about the demographic
- if you ever venture into the north, you'll understand about the type of people who have to live and work there and how dangerous something like this is - but it's got to be done.
Much along the same lines as "Deadliest Catch" - if you like that one, I think you'll enjoy this one.
just a Canadian.
I thought I'd give it a shot. Looks kind of interesting.
Though I'm not blue collar, I'm a bit redneck. I love Deadliest Catch but hate monster trucks.
Am I still allowed to watch?
Or the television audience?How can they remain alert in those conditions?
Personally, I didn't get the ads. Men who drive on ice? Why? And is that enough to sustain a series? I don't get it.
