I'll be signing off now. And refilling the glass with a little Jack.

The Stones Circus is just too darn good. Really, IMO, it doesn't get much better than this.

Turn up the ....(said Van Morrison) .....

I've never really been much of a Stones fan, but if that video is available through netflix, I'd like to see Tony Iommi as a member of Jethro Tull.

Stones, forever. Seen 'em five times in concert since the '70s.

Catch their tour if you can.

Fan here, Joe.

Didn't see them in concert until the '90s (and then, thrice).

Boo - why didn't I realize how much I wanted to see them in the sixties...:e2smack:
Dang. How stupid was I?

Here's how stupid: In 1972, I got a work permit and took a job in London as a waitress. Later found out that the Boys were going to be touring in the States.

Dang. :e2smack:

I hope to get tickets for me and my daughter to see them on this tour. She can't in Vegas, the venue sells booze so she can't get in.

Her first concert could be the stones. Oh, yeah.

I heard today that the Stones are releasing a four-DVD set called "Biggest Bang." It includes clips from a couple of concerts and also some sort of documentary (behind-the-scenes).

Can you believe they're still out on the Bigger Bang tour???? They have summer dates through August.

"'The Biggest Bang' DVD set lets fans join us as we traveled around the world," the band said in a press release. "They will go behind the scenes at the Super Bowl, see us play an intimate club show in Toronto and for 2 million people on the beach in Rio, as well as gigs in Shanghai, Buenos Aires and Japan. It features classics but also rarities--songs we've never released before on DVD."
