Would WD-40 help? Because I have an ironically rusty can of it in the garage.

(I really am sorry about that, it really sucks)

OMG! Bravo, I hope you'll take care of yourself. You are so important here and I know many people will be worried about you.

Take care. If you need to (write) and (write) about the pain, we will be here for you!

Me too. I hear the high chip of crickets all the time.

Then, my ears really began to hurt. It took 4 doctors to figure out my TMJ was making my ears hurt and doing a negative pull, like when you are in an airplane. I have to wear a guard, which helps keep the jaw and teeth aligned. However, I still have the problems, but much less degree of pain.

Good luck!

Is that before or after you make breakfast? Do they scream while you are frying them up? Poor Bravo can't laugh now. But tomorrow he'll be unlocked and laughing his butt off.

20: the best year of my life.

the joints were still fresh, the metabolism was phenomenal, and there was little to no stress in life.

those were the days. :(

20: ex-marine, angry, ready to kill and broke

the joints reflexed to pain and a need for action.

those days were tangible

the future was manageable

now the two are inseparable

Ha! Funny you said that just now because I was thinking if I should pull my tooth out tonight or wait until tomorrow when it's gone a day bad.

I broke off a tooth tonight and the nerve is exposed. So, I suck on the nerve ending and try to continue writing until I pass out from either the pain or booze.

What a life!

Bravo --

Sorry to hear this. I also am a TMJ sufferer. I suffer from many things, and I suffer many things. But TMJ is certainly one that I face every single f'ing day of my life.

I'll never forget when It first happened: I was driving back from Stone Harbor, NJ in August 1985. So cool in my Firebird, T-tops off, long blonde hair flying. I was on my way -- 30+ years old and on my way to law school!!!!

Then, I yawned. My jaw stuck and then cracked. Ouch. Pain. I managed to close my mouth but still had a sharp pain in the left side of my face. Two weeks later, when the pain hadn't gone away, I announced to my family that I believed I might have mouth/tooth cancer.

After a couple of visits to the dentist, we determined that I had something called Temporal Mandibular Joint syndrome (TMJ). I learned that it can be caused by stress ......

More later.........

Holy Cow! Now that really hurts!!! What are you going to do? Or has the amount of pain and booze already numbing your coginating abilities?

Let us know how you are doing!

This is Bravo's pain thread. I chose not to start my own because I find suffering in silence is okay sometimes.

I hope Bravo is doing better tomorrow.
