Anyone to gauge my novel and mentor me? It'd be a big help...

I am an aspiring novelist from Finland, but I write in English. The book is set in post-WW2 Solomon Islands and the South Pacific in general, with the war as a major element.
As you'd guess, no local publisher wants to touch my turkey with a ten foot pole. As a result, I'd need someone to give me an estimate if they'd read the book if they found it in a bookstore.
Details by email to those who would risk this venture, but beware, there's 320-odd pages of "Battler Britton meets Bridges of Madison County" in this one... are you ready for the challenge? A mentor-relationship would also be very much appreciated!
