I waited way too long for this feeling.

Way back in January I submitted my 1st Freelance Contest entry , a Father's Day-themed essay, to Christian Science Monitor's Home Forum, but I messed up the submission process. I got back a very detailed set of guidelines with the clear implication that I should follow them.

So this past Tuesday I did. I faxed the contract back to the Monitor today, for a publication date in the week before Father's Day.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I'll go puke.
