Just wanted to send a thanks to everyone on this site. You just prevented me from signing with a publisher that (other than what's on this site) is ambiguous at best.

I truly appreciate the insight, advice and encouragement.

Well done! I, too, almost signed with such a "publisher" back in the day (close to three years now). If it had not been for Uncle Jim and Victoria, among others, I probably would have. This site is by far the best for the writer (IMHO) and I would like to second baileyday's note of thanks.

Same here. I was one email away from sending a "publisher" my money. The voice of common sense screamed at me to search the Net, and I found AW.
