Thanks Tri and Under...I found some information on one of the sites for the Oral History Project. I found a man who was trained at the same place as my dad and also worked at the hospital he was in. Through a university professor in MN I was able to write this man. He sent me a bunch of information including an original 1943 brochure on the hospital. Amazing. He also sent pictures of himself and poems he has written. I was so touched I cried...and so did my dad! Thanks for your encouragement and here's to finding that one person who makes a difference!
