FYI for Drive fans:

snip:
"The abruptly cancelled Tim Minear-produced series will return on Wednesday, July 4 for two consecutive hours, running from 8-10 p.m. ET. Those two hours will represent the end of the show's initial six-hour run, as well as the last two produced hours for "Drive" (i.e. don't expect an extensive DVD set featuring 13 episodes, because they don't exist)."

snip:
"Additional "Drive" scripts have been posted on Minear's personal website."

which happens to be: http://www.timminear.net/

That's a shame. I love the guy who plays Mal in Firefly, and it's gonna look bad on his resume to not be able to complete a season two series in a row.

i don't know what happened here, i liked the episode i saw. it was a cool concept with a lot of characters that could have turned out to be kinda interesting. i thought some of it was fairly predictable, but it's too bad all the same. my wife really liked it, so she was pissed off about it being yanked. thanks for the info. :) on the plus side, she loooves 'house.'

I hope, for the sake of his career long-term, that Nathan Fillion can land something that airs past 13 episodes in the near future. Tim Minear is a talented man, and deserves better as well. I've come to expect shows I find intriquing will be axed before the fourth episode. That's why God invented the DVR, I suppose.
