Occupational Licenses

Yeshanu

Your challenge is to make up license plates (six to eight characters, including spaces) that reflect an occupation.

Saw these examples on the subway today:

Example with answer:

BOTMLN (accountant)

Other examples:

TOOFDR

DOC4JOX

MOVN FR8

Don't give the answer(s) in your post until folks have had a chance to guess. You can post guesses in the thread, too.

Okay, this one's easy, but

ABC 123

I'll try to come up with a more unique one later, because it sounds fun. As for yours,

Hmmm. I don't know.

I think I know the answers to all the posts above, but will wait to put them here so others can try them.

Okay, I give up. I don't get half of these. I'm not even sure how Yesh's first one translates to 'accountant'.

Yeshanu

CC (and others...)

BOTMLN = Bottom Line = Accountant

Another hint: The one of Carol's that got me laughing is my very own personal license plate. :grin

Shall we give it another day or so and post answers?

Okay, these aren't names of businesses, but movie titles:

TOWNGFU

INCNTRY

OCNSXII

BORNID

DNCWWLV

Chaoc Kazdul

It's sequential... and slightly morbid.

COL MNR

COR NER

HURS DRVR

GRAV DGR

Yeshanu

Oh, my! :b

That's a different approach to flash fic. Anyone else wanna try something like that?

DOC4JOX = Doctor for Jocks = Sports Injury Specialist?

MOVN FR8 = Moving Freight = Truck Driver?

Yeshanu

That's wHat I got, too, CC. (The answers weren't listed on the subway.)

Any guesses for the others? :grin
