William Shatner's greatest moments

I was not aware that William Shatner ever had a greatest moment. I assumed his greatest moment would be when he dropped dead.

Or maybe that would just be a great moment for me...

Although, I though of Leela from Futurama. (Is it wierd that I find an animated cyclops attractive?)

Here we see the star trek buff completely baffled by a reference to a different Sci Fi programme, which is typical behaviour for this species.

He's got a great sense of humor.

He can laugh at himself. That's a great strength.

His "I am Canadian" rant was in response to this commercial which was hugely popular in Canada a few years ago.

He loves horses. Therefore I love him.

He never fails to amuse me. All I have to do is look at his face and I'm laughing my ass off.

He's doing a great job on Boston Legal.

I think his greatest performance was when he played Captain Kirk possessed by the crazy woman. Can't remember the name of the episode. Kirk as a woman....

That would be 'Turnabout Intruder'.

I don't remember that one. At first I thought you were mistaken and talking about the one where Bones found his long lost flame on a planet and she turned out to be a sucky monster (sucking salt out of non-essential crewsmen). I miss the original Star Trek, it was a hoot.

I am an absolute Shatner fan. I love the fact that he simultaneously has a huge ego and has no problem with being made fun of. Sure, he's the most prolific over-actor the world has ever known, but no one can ever say he was boring to watch. Not to mention he's an freakin' comic genius! He makes Boston Legal one of the best shows on TV

You forgot the cereal ads he does in the UK.

And I love his travel ads, too - insane karate chops over a front desk - i can't help giggling just thinking about it!

That's why people put on their resume: I attended the William Shatner School of Over-Acting. It's somewhat like the Lorne Green School of Acting, or the Tom Green School of Comedy.

Over here he's known as "The Shat".

Ha! Ha! Got you to admit that you know that!

No problem! I know 'em all.

If you have a MySpace Page invite Mr. Shatner to be a friend. He will flood you with bulletins daily that contain video of himself or some tidbit of trivia.
