Waiter Rant.
He's got a book deal, so he does talk about writing a bit, but mostly he speaks about the food service industry from the inside. He's been a bit off with updating lately, but his archives are amazing.

Um...may I suggest my own blog? LOL. I'm doing a series on novel writing from start to finish, as well as some stuff on self-publishing and general tips.
I recommend Elizabeth Bear highly. What she posts that isn't about writing is usually very amusing in its own right.
