I really question the competency of the plaintiffs lawyers.

Very questionable, ill advised interpretation of the law that wasted a lot of money and a lot of peoples time.

And yet generated millions of $ in legal fees... greedy, maybe, opportunistic, perhaps... stupid, not!

This case from the outset was about the plaintiff's getting publicity for their own book. Worked, too.

Sorry... unless you have a book that has a link to my own, and the media frenzy (actually frenzy is the wrong word, more like a fart in a phonebox!) helps promote it... not interested.
