OMG! That cat needs an eye amputated immediately !!

Oh, and someone should shoot the owner.

Now.

My cat loves paperbags. He crawls inside them and the other cat pounces on him.

It was a sad sad day when I could no longer get paper bags from the grocery store.

What's wrong with that cat's eye? Hopefully the owner took it to the vet or something.

Well, without examining it you understand, I'd have to say it has a ruptured cornea - look at the discoloration and the MASSIVE swelling. All the fluid in there is causing incredible pain and pressure, he's completely blind in that eye and likely never to see again from it.

My favorite line:
"Our message is that it is not a good idea to try to stuff a cat in a bag. It's a matter of common sense."
Yeah, because NO cat, anywhere, wants to be "stuffed" into anything. It's not to prevent animal cruelty -- it's to prevent human pain and suffering.

And, I think that person put something in that cat's eye. God alone knows how or why. There is no accounting for how insanity plays out in each individual, after all.

They actually sell things like that to cover a diseased or missing eye. I'm guessing the cat is missing an eye. I'd just let a cat missing an eye....well....look like Lucky. Gorgeous and sleek and smiling.

And my cats still get paper bags from the grocery store, but they usually end up as property of the bunny. He lives for paper sacks.

Same Psychosis...different day.
My cat prefers 'Amazon.com' boxes to paper bags. The only bling he'll wear is his 'dog tag'. And even then we go through 3 or 4 a year.

I'd rather 'RapCat' a Siberian Tiger than my fat kitty.....

If given the opportunity, my cat Diablo will dive into any open bag or box that if left out. You can be taking fast food out of a bag on the coffee table, and before you get your fries out, he'll hop in there. This goes for purses, too. He would LOVE a rapcat bag.
