Why am i getting two pts per rep?

i dont know how long this has been going on but i just noticed it, and i feel like its cheating.

there should be no favoritism w reps.

reps should only be one pt from regular members and 10 pts from the supermods who love me more than they love you.

2 pts per rep doesnt seem right. we should love each other equally with the power of one.

(except for those supermods who love me especially w the power of ten.)

Hover your cursor right under the 'P' in 'Posts'. It will tell you what rep level the person has - you can check your own that way, too.

To give a rep point, click on the little scales (between the round ball that shows 'online' and the red-lined triangle with the - what is that? An exclamation point?) and a window pops up so you can put in a comment. You'll find all sorts of messages in your rep points log by clicking on 'User CP' on the upper left-hand side of the page, right under the thread title. Voila!

FWIW, this doesn't work for everybody. It used to work for me using Internet Explorer but not Firefox. I've recently switched computers and just now found it doesn't work using either browser. Waaah!
