Not that I'm stalking him or something, but I miss him on the SYW board.

I was gone for some time at the end of last year because we bought a new home and moved during the holidays. I hate moving, especially during the holidays. Then the holidays curtailed my online time. Then the new house needed some fixing and painting. Now, I'm back on my writing schedule.

Was just wondering if anyone knew. Hope all is well with him.

He's traveling for a few weeks. He left at the end of January and I'm not sure when he's getting back, but I'm sure it won't be long now.

(He gave me a rp mentioning all that, is how I know. :) )

ETA: just went back and checked the rp...it's a 6 week trip, not 3! Whoops!
ETA again: I think you guys are sweet to be concerned. =) I love AW.

Well, I'm glad he's returning soon! Bufty is such a nice guy, and quite a talented writer-- not to mention critiquer. Hope you're having fun wherever you are, Bufty! :)

Moth beat me to it. Bufty is gone on a trip. I miss him too. SYW was lonely there with out both BrianM and Bufty!

Ah sure, it's a wee rep. pt. you'd be after, is it not? LOL ;)

This gives me about 3 weeks time to get my crits in at a decent hour. After Bufty returns, sure I'll be needing to get up in the wee hours to even have a go at a crit ahead of him!:D

The same could be said about you, Brian. I took some much needed time off from these boards--I love it here, but it is quite addicting and takes away from writing time--and upon my return found both you and Bufty pretty much AWOL from SYW. Glad you're back, and look forward to Bufty's return. Some interesting new stuff in SYW lately. Some new newbies with pretty good material/comments.

Right then, Bufty, I know you're back. I checked your profile and you popped in on the 25th.

Now get your kilt covered arse into SYW and quit flitt'in about the moors. I'd like to have a wee morning or two where I can drink my tea and do simple crits by saying, "I agree with what Bufty said."
