UC Berkeley has a webcast of an entire semester of a course called "physics for future presidents". It covers a lot of topics and doesn't get into the details too much. Its actually a good example of not infodumping the viewer and instead focusing on how the technology affects politics. Example, he goes into how a nuclear bomb works a bit, but then focuses on how that affects international politics. Good stuff.
