Would anybody be able to request the flight manifest of a downed plane? Is this public information?
If it is, I need to run into some obstacle that would have my main character have difficulty in accessing the name of a passenger since I need to involve a PI in this case.
What type of trouble might my main character have in locating, specifically, the name of a woman who has died in the crash? She needs to track this woman's widow down and needs the last name and location so she can find him.
Can anybody give me a hand?
