My wife found out today that we're going to have child #7 in September! The excitement has us glowing. On a side note: her beloved Colts are bound for the Super Bowl. We love you, Coach Dungy, and appreciate your hard work and dedication to the people of Indiana. Go Colts!

Hoosier Daddy,
Rick

Rob (42), lucky husband of Jo (**) and proud papa of Aisling (3) and Finn (1), is exhausted just reading your post.

(Good thing you're so creative; you've managed to come up with such an excellent thread title, PLUS six superb names for your kids!)

Seven? Wow.
I may have mentioned this once in another thread, but my great-grandmother had twenty-three children. No kidding.

Rick and Dana have a ways to go to catch up to her, but in this day and age, a dozen children would just about equal what my ancestors managed to accomplish.

I believe our very own SerryTex is also expecting her seventh child. You're in good company, Rick!

Best of luck to you and your family.:)

Never thought those names are all too creative. I just liked them (Dana rejected my desire to name two of them Keith Richards and Alice Cooper). Now as for creative names, you hold that title. They're super cool.

As for the rest of you lot (as my wife would say), thanks a million.

Maddy;
Until the age of 29, you couldn't have sold me on the idea of marriage. At 46, you couldn't talk me out of it. Funny how that works.

Cheers,
Rick

Please say #7 is going to be a son. America needs more master-level sorcerers.

We usually try and discourage witchcraft as an occupation due to the high cost of eyes of newt.

That's awesome, mooncars. Congrats to all of you.

I had an ancestor who had 19 kids. The first one was born when Mama was 16, and the last when she was 44. By the time she had her 19th child, she was a grandmother of ten.

Now that I've presented a random factoid, we return to our regularly scheduled congratulatory thread :)
