Y'all have been very patient and the weather seems to be lifting a bit here - at least the Thunder Sleet has stopped! - and Ol' Boy's asleep in front of the fire, so I'm going to get these five auctions up before I join him.
Several weeks ago, one of our many resident authors offered me a copy of his novel to auction off for the benefit of our favorite water cooler: Absolute Write (as always!). I had a bunch of stuff in the works at the time, but got to thinkin' it might be fun to have a Celebrity block of auctions for just works produced by our brethren and sistren here on the forum... so here, for your reading pleasure, is the first of those five offerings:
Along with this autographed copy of The Pacific Between, there's going to be a special surprise... trust me, the surprise is worth the bid, all by itself. I mean it: Trust me.
This auction starts NOW and will run until 8PM, CDT, Wednesday, January 17, 2007. The opening bid will be $5.00 for this offering. Please place your bids for this book in this thread.
