Maybe writing is the wrong field for me. I am too emotional. I think I might be better suited for something like cliff diving.

I suppose I am okay all things considered. I am working on several pieces at once. The one I can't seem to get going with though, is a young adult novel. I just can't find the right opening.

When you're ninety and gray come back, don't stray, because you're never too old to write. Don't be so hard on yourself. This art form, like most, takes lots of practice and patience. Take baby steps for a while and see how you progress. Don't try so hard to succeed in one short period of time. You'll get there someday, if you have the drive and ambition to succeed.
