Changing a thread title?

Is it possible to change the title of a thread you started after you post it? For example, to indicate you've made some changes in a Share Your Work post, or to fix a grammar goof you've made?

I think one of the "powers-in-charge" has to change a thread title. Most of the time they'll happily do that for you. Send Mac or the moderator of that forum a PM.
