Contemplated the outline for my next book and added a couple of items, but couldn't bring myself to actually work on it.

I have to say - nothing so far

A few hours earlier today. Tonight, just after I turned off my computer, my brain was full of ideas, so I've just done another two hours and another 1,000 words. But it's very late, and I can hardly see the keyboard, so goodnight, all.

Mostly revisioning, so no word count. I found some major left-over 'bugs' in a section that I'd apparently incompletely altered. :/ Caught them, though.

While my other WIP rests, I'm starting a new novel in which I'm experimenting with a new narrative style. I love how it's coming together! I'm really excited about this proyect :)

I'm stuck on my WIP... but I did write half a dozen book reviews this weekend, and posted them at Amazon and goodreads ...

About 2500 words on my anthology story, tentatively titled, "I Don't Like Your Girlfriend."

In the evening, about 750 words of my thriller WIP, Delilah.

I wrote over a 1000 words today but unfortunately that was just towards my classes reports. Better luck tomorrow I hope.

Not much. I've been reading and re-reading my first attempt at flash fiction trying to decide if I want to keep going with the character and if I do, where do I want to take her. I like her, she could have interesting twists and turns, but it's a matter of doing justice to a difficult situation.

Finished the last 250 words of a 3000+ word chapter. The total word count is now over 28k.

I finished up a couple of articles that were languishing in my file and incomplete for goodness only knows what reasons. I also popped a few queries out. I need to hustle because the month is almost over and I haven't quite made my minimum goal yet.

I'm on a roll! Yesterday I wrote about 2k words for my new novel and expect to hit a similar amount today.... if homework doesn't get in the way.

I'm sitting at 299 for now. I'm going to try writing some in bed later. Rgen, I can type whatever I get writen tomarrow

1,500 words and getting close to the end now. Everyone now knows almost everything there is to know (or at least what I have allowed them to know) and is poised to act. What they all do is still a mystery. I do know what the actual end is. I just don't quite kow how to get there. But I think I'll be writing THE END sometime in the next six weeks.

I rewrote a query and sent it out. I also reworked a little of my MG ms.

I also reworked a little of my MG ms.
What's that?

03-26-2008, 12:29 AM
Oops. Sorry. It stands for Middle Grade manuscript. :D

03-26-2008, 12:31 AM
Why are you sorry?

03-26-2008, 12:32 AM
That I didn't explain it in the original post. I tend to not be clear sometimes.

I am up to 535 words. But, that's written and then typed. I do find it ironic that I am being more productive writing by hand. If only it didn't wear me out so easily.

600 words of my werewolf novel... after deleting 400 that I wrote yesterday. At least it's progress :)

A couple of reviews(make that 9, and each about 700 words) for ciao.co.uk.

Just finished a ~300 word first draft for a short story (well, flash fiction at this length) that's been bouncing around in my head for a few days. Tentative title: Who's Your Designer? It's something of a social commentary about the future, although it's nothing like I normally write.
