When looking into a mirror, you can see yourself, and things behind you. If you have a big enough mirror, the field of view from behind becomes larger, but you also lose sight of what’s in the front of you.

A certain unnamed Super Mod invited me in for some good, old-fashioned intellectual debates. Hah! The good, old-fashioned intellectual debates in TIO appear to start and end with the OP, give or take a few posts.
Some, a very few AW posters in TIO, appear to be obsessed with carrying a large mirror. Making repeated, ad nauseam references to the past deeds or a misdeed of others with particular emphasis on the Middle East, and not having a view of what is in front of them. What I find truly amazing, is that regardless of the original topic within a few posts of a thread, the Middle East pops up again.
