Duke rape victim: Stripper just had a baby, 9 months AFTER the rape.

I don't know why she keeps insisting that A) her rapists were from duke and B) that she was raped. It's clearly a case of sour grapes and money-grubbing.

Police found genetic material from 9 guys on her underwear from the night of the "rape."

None of the men's dna matched those of the Duke players.

I was wondering about that -- I haven't followed the story very closely, but the last I saw, it was unclear to say the least whether a rape had occurred.

The prosecution is repotedly calling Paris Hilton as an expert witness to elaborate how this type of thing happens.

Guess it wouldn't have been very newsworthy if she'd given birth 9 months BEFORE....

I'm surprised this case is still open.

And she took emergency birth control that night (or the next morning,) when she went to the hospital rape crisis center. There is virtually no chance those guys, even if they had raped her, would be the dad.


She obviously had sex with many guys on or around that date. And I feel for the one who will soon find out he's a new daddy, because it apparently could have been one of about 8 guys, according to the DEBRIS and SAMPLES taken from her VAGINA and UNDERPANTS.


And as DCLARY said : none of the 8 guys were the DUKE team.

Did the DNA evidence conclusively rule those 8 out?

Or did the analysis reveal that they simply could not be individually identified?

If she had eight different men's sperm in her skivvies in one day, it'd be amazing that she didn't have sex with those students. I think they should be offended!

Here's a question -- should the accuser be liable for her actions? If the boys are fully exonerated, do they have legal recourse against her? Those charges are going to follow those men for life. I'm sure the case has had a terrible effect on their lives. Shouldn't she be responsible for that?

Or are we too concerned about a "chilling effect" on reports of sexual assault?

I guess it's her word against theirs, and I think the DA needs to drop this case.

If it goes to trial, it's going to be a media circus.
