the difference between my post and your post in question was that you included along with the link and excerpt not one, but two snippy little comments: one feigning shock and one a call for spin.

i did neither. i included only the link and excerpt. no "talking point" (unless one counts the direct quote from the PM as one).

once again, you have ventured into deep waters and are now thrashing around—your grudge over the insult you suffered, now bordering on the hysterical.

but you notice in subsequent posts that greg has no interest in discussing the report, or where we go from here.

he is fixated on a very specific and subjective view of the reasons for the war in the first place. this is not discourse related in any way to the work of the iraq study group, but rather simply more political axe-grinding, which is on parade in just about every thread he posts in, delivered in the tiresome rhetoric that has dominated far-left criticism of the war for years.

Could that apply to this thread of William as well?

had you not attempted to derail the thread due to your baggage from another thread, it's entirely possible that the debate would have moved forward.

i would suggest that the PM's unfortunate comments leave you little wiggle-room to make a cogent argument on his behalf and that, coupled with vaginal irritation, has left you somewhat frustrated and walking funny.

What if the Usurper Zionist Government simply became the Zionist Government because the world finally recognized a need to compensate the Palestinian people and did so instead of cutting off aid and bulldozing homes at will?

i'm guessing you're posing the theory that hamas would, in fact, recognize israel if israel were to give in to all their demands, including the liberation of jerusalem, thereby viewing israel as something other than what they currently refuse to recognize?
