I have never changed the information on my driver’s license, such as weight, eye and hair color. My driver’s license still shows the same information from when I was 19. This is a true story and I have to share.

A colleague told me she recently renewed her license. The woman waiting on her said, “There is no way you are 140 pounds. We have to change it.” My colleague was stunned responding, “Please leave it. I’m 43-years old and no one has ever said I needed to change my driver’s license.” She had her picture taken and when she received her new license the weight showed 224 pounds.

I couldn’t stop laughing. Of course, I was laughing with her and asked if she reported the woman. She said she didn’t want to get her fired.

Honestly, does anyone change the information on their driver’s license when they renew it?

Ooh, no one has ever suggested. Mine has been the same since I was a teenager.

That could be dangerous to suggest. No one should suggest to a woman what her actual weight is. PMS can also stand for Pass My Shotgun or Potential Murder Subject.

It's okay now to use shit. You don't need to hide your vowels anymore.

Have you lost enough weight for it to make a difference?

I can't wait to renew my drivers license. For the first time in 8 years, I'm thinner than what it says on my license and I've been lying to the DMV for years!

I gained 20 lbs or more since my photo and won't tell them a new weight...it will be my goal to acheive that weight goal within the time limit I own the license!

I'd definitely have to ask the lady to correct that weight amount. It definitely had to be an error!

"Didn't want to get her fired?" Bah!

I don't have a driver's license, but I know well enough that when I get off my butt to finally drive (I really do need to quit procrastinating, but I'm a terrible driver...), I will probably never, ever update it. I'll be old and fragile and saggy, but my license will still be the same as day one.

PA doesn't list weight on the driver's license. :D It does, however, list me as 2inches shorter... which I was when I got my permit at 15-almost-16.

I checked, same thing here. No weight listed, but it has me as 6' 0", and I'm actually 6' 1"

Please warn me when you are on the streets. I can’t afford to have my RAV4 destroyed.
