Woman-only or women-only?

Do you mean only females work at the newspaper, or that the newspaper is on women's topics only?

Anyway, writers and editors often make the mistake of using "women" when it should be "female." I suspect they have some fear of sounding sexist. But, unless it would make sense saying an "all-man [whatever]" instead of an "all-male [whatever]," then you should go with the female equivalent: All-female.

For example, I catch this mistake at my newspaper all the time: women business leaders. It should be female business leaders (because if it were men, it would be male business leaders, not men business leaders).

For me "all-woman" has sexual overtones.
