book

I"m writing a book that is about running a service business. I am probably going to do the pod and print but am not sure of the format I should be using. I have an example book of someones and the size is about 5 1/2 wide and 8 1/2 high. The inside pages have about an inch from the top and 1/2 inch on sides and from the bottom.

Is there a template I should using along with a certain font and size?
