Hey, I saw one of Rachael Ray's travel shows and the restaurant made her a small stack of corn cakes with caramalized granny smith apple slices and bacon in between topped with maple butter and syrup. Dag-gum but it looked good.

Mmm-There used to be this restaurant in Tokyo that had these pancakes they served with chocolate ice cream and whipped cream on top. They were heaven.
