The question I have here, is "When yo have large masses of "monitors" watching polling places, isn't there the possibility -- and opportunity -- to engage in political intimidation?"
I mean, I don't know. I've never seen monitors at my polling place. But I know I wouldn't want a group of militant activists watching over me, and maybe deriding me for how I'm going to vote.
