when was the last time you danced?

Last night, in the kitchen, when Let's Do the Time Warp Again came on during Rocky Horror Picture Show.

I danced to that too, MM.

But the last time I danced was this morning with my kids in the living room to the Power Rangers theme song at the start of the show. My 3 year old loves Power Rangers. We dance to it every time it comes on.
We also dance around the living room to Bobby Darin, Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra songs, and the barnyard song toy my littlest one has. It plays, he dances, so I do too.

Dancing is not only good exercise, it's fun to do with a toddler in your arms!

I think I danced some last night when I was cooking spaghetti. I don't know why, but when I'm going through the simple tasks of cooking, I alternate between dancing, singing and yelling "F**k!" every time I almost burn myself or forget to do something.

A few nights ago, when I was cooking. My daughter and my husband were in the kitchen with me, and a good song came on the radio, although I don't remember now what it was. We all three were dancing.

Well, the last time I really danced was more than a month ago. I danced for more than 12 hours at a dance weekend, and I hurt my knee... But it's just about healed now, so I'll be back in belly dance class next Tuesday.

This morning to Rocky Horror. I love to dance, much to the amusement of my dog and cat.

I dance through the grocery store with my headphones on. They all think I'm nuts

Sadly. almost two weeks ago.

Although I still roll my belly in time with my music. That counts right?

Yesterday. I start dancing all the time, whenever something strikes me as danceable on the radio.

I think everyone should dance at least once a day. I know I do. I just can't help myself when there's an infectious song on and I'm feeling it.

I have not danced, and with any luck will never have to.

Poopy-pants. Men who dance are hot, even if they look ridiculous. We women really appreciate it when they make the effort.

I danced last night after working out. It was my weekly performance singing along with Alanis Morrisette. I think I got my groove back.

I have to dispute this statement. It's only hot in the privacy of a home where I might get jiggy with them later. Then it's a turn on.

I do that too! Ever since I got an mp3 player, I rarely take it off. This usually results in dancing in Wal-Mart, being that I can't hear music without dancing. This results in stares, of course you have to factor in that I'm a terrible dancer.

I'm a terrible dancer, too, but they can't hear the music so they have no idea I'm out of step
