i just had a trick or treator. local police handed out these little pamphlets. a couple of ghosts on the front which look very similar to KKK members. underneath them it says: don't knock on the door of the elderly or anyone who might be scared of you. have safe fun.
i told them i was a little scared and closed the door.

I know. They're a bunch of lushes. But how else am I going to get any ....[fill in the blank] wildlife to visit.

My aunt taught me this trick- take a dimebag (from any local dealer will do), a pinecone, and peanut butter. Smother pinecone in PB and roll in weed, a sprinkle of sugar IS optional, tie it to the porch and watch as animals from every species join together in song and tie-dyeing.
