A lot of agents and publishers request a synopsis and 2 or 3 sample chapters (preferably the first 2 or 3) before asking for a full manuscript. My question is: when your book isn't divided in chapters, how much text should you send in?

Thank you in advance

I read that you should send somewhere around 30 pages or so, I may be wrong though.

Most of those say not more than 50 pages. This is a question that is asked a lot - I would err on sending less. They can tell from that very first page whether it's a yes - read more or - reject.
My full requests always came from sending an equery with the first 5 pages pasted at the bottom. My agent said reading those first 5 pages prompted her assistant to bypass the partial and ask for the full. Find a place where you think a reader would like to see more.
Sending too much is not always a good thing.
