The phrase under the avatar

I've noticed some people have cool phrases under their avatars which are clearly not assigned to them unlike "Esteemed New Member" etc etc.

How does one go about doing that, and does it take a certain number of posts to be allowed to do so?

Just go to User CP, then to Edit Profile, then you'll see a box for Custom User Title.

Do you have to have a certain number of posts before you have this option? I don't see it on the Edit Profile page.

You have to have 50 posts before you can use a custom avatar or title.
