How should I take this response?

This is my 3rd or 4th query I ever sent out on anything to anybody...

I sent it to a top level literary agency in the nation...

Here's the response I got back:

Thank you for your query regarding your work, I read your letter with interest, but regrettably, I must pass. While the premise is certainly intriguing, I'm afraid I'm quite overwhelmed with work at the moment and can consider only a very few new works.

Am I on the right track or am I doomed because i'm a new author?

Is there anything else i'm not seeing from this response?

The response had included my name, my book title and other personal info on me...but i deleted it before posting this...LOL
