Ha! Funny question (this isn't meant as spam), but I'm guessing this particular board is meant for discussion of writing rejection, not guys who get rejected by gals? I thought maybe since it was in a section called "Coffee Break", it was just a place for guys who were down in the dumps over a break-up or turn-down to come and express themselves. I guess this is more about allegorical dating, in that the publisher is the girl and their buying your work is you paying for her dinner on a very nice evening of hanging out with her, right?
