Is there such a thing?

I mean, we have two hysterical laughter smilies, a clapping smiley, smiling smilies, etc.

But, no "slightly evil, slightly sardonic, slightly 'indeed!', just-one-laugh-of-agreement" smiley.

You know, "heh."

Does such a smiley exist and, if so, can we get one?

We need a smilie who's wasting time at something and keeps looking over at the open notebook beside it (the WIP) guiltily before shrugging and continuing on with the leisure time. That would be me, right there.
