I just posted this on the freelance forum:

I just found http://www.dietitians.ca/ -- the official site of Dietitians of Canada. It's an excellent resource to hunt dietitians/nutritionists and other health professionals for your stories, especially if they are for Canadian pubs.

The site has a news room, where media professionals (and freelancers like us) can register (for free!) and search their expert directory. We can directly contact the experts, without having to talk to any PROs.

I have already found a couple of experts through this.

Link to their news room: http://www.dietitians.ca/public/cont...room/index.asp
