Almost there!!!!!

They like it! The characters, the story itself -but- and there's always a but...

I am not an English major. My punctuation leaves a bit to be desired. I am the queen of commaphobia.

Help! I need to edit in order to be published! I am sitting here with Cliff's quick review Writing: Grammar, Usage, and Style.
Any helpful tips?

Read Strunk and White from cover to cover. It's short so it won't take too long, and doing so will be invaluable.

Read Eats, Shoot and Leaves. It's a great reminder of what to do, and what NOT to do, with punctuation. And it's a great humorous read at the same time.

Good luck. I hope you get a contract any minute now.
