A crux of the story I'm writing at the moment involves something I haven't been able to do much research on, if only because this is something that seems to vary and, well it's a hard thing to research.

I'm looking for someone who is versed in Juvenile Law who wouldn't mind answering a few questions I have. Please PM me if you think you can help.
